Great experience! Erin was quick to respond and got us in for an appointment the same day. All 4 family members were screened and treated in less than 45 minutes. She was friendly and informative and gave us instructions regarding what's needed (and not) in order to treat lice. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this service. We tried over the counter treatment, but it didn't work. Erin was recommended by our child's teacher. When I called, Erin answered all my questions and was able to schedule us that day. She checked the whole family (4 of us) and treated everyone that had lice within one hour. Erin is very experienced and knew a lot about lice research and treatment. She was wonderful to work with and very kind. The treatment worked well and we were very happy. Erin was recommended to us by a friend and we've since learned that several other families we know swear by her. Count us in that camp, too: Erin is amazing!!!! She met us immediately when I called and took care of our entire family of 4 right then, providing take-home kit with the followup treatment to do at home. In addition to all of this, Erin also provided lots of useful, fact-based information about lice, how they are (and are not) spread, and what to do. It was a relief to learn that we didn't have to wash everything in our house or quarantine items for 2 weeks. Because lice can't live off of a human head long enough to reproduce it's not necessary to take all those extreme cleaning measures. We followed Erin's simple instructions and the treatment worked!! Erin was also very available for questions after the fact. I can't recommend her highly enough! For both taking care of the lice and for providing education and peace of mind, the cost was worth it. We will definitely go back to Erin if we're ever hit with lice again in the future!

I called at 8pm on a Friday in a panic because I found lice on my kids. Erin was so kind and calm and set us up immediately. The pricing is fair given the service rendered. It may seem pricey but we couldn’t have managed on our own. Shannon was so sweet and thorough and made sure every last knit was dealt with. Highly recommend although I hope we never need them again 😉

DO NOT WAIT TO CALL THEM. I thought I could handle this on my own and a week later and loads of $$ later I finally admitted I needed help and called the Lice Nanny. They were so easy to coordinate appts for all of our family members and the treatment took an hour for all of us and my kids with super sensitive hair didn’t even flinch during the treatment. It was crazy easy, fast and affordable. I will never wait again!!!

Had a panic when I saw my had lice. Found the Lice Nanny quickly and they scheduled us just an hour later. We found out my youngest child had lice, so we treated everyone in the family with over the counter lice shampoo. We went through that process at home, only to find out my youngest still had lice 2 weeks later. So, we reached out to Erin with Lice Nanny, and were able to get an appointment same day for the whole family. The staff who treated us were very nice and the whole environment and process was very easy and judgement free. They also found lice on my head since they check your entire household. We followed the directions they gave us to perform an at home follow up treatment exactly 1 week later for both myself and my youngest, and their product has worked wonders for us. I hope we don’t have to go through lice in our household again, but if we ever do, we will be using Lice Nanny.

We had a great experience with the Lice Nanny! We were surprised to hear that one of our kids had lice and we didn’t have any experience with it. Rather than taking the time to treat all of us at home, we called Erin and she got us in on the same day. We were in and out of their convenient location in about an hour. Yes, it’s not cheap but, it’s worth the piece of mind! Most of the traditional lice advice was not necessary to adhere to and we were able to move on to our normal activities right away.
