The Cincinnati Lice Nanny Lice Technician Job Opening
We help families in a time of high stress by providing compassionate and highly effective lice treatment. We have been in business for 10 years and are a female owned/operated family business.
We are seeking a contractor to serve as a lice treatment technician who must live in MASON, OH (due to the on-call nature of the role). We are VERY flexible on your schedule and you can decide on a project-by-project basis what gigs you want to accept. All training provided. *PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU LIVE IN MASON or within 5 miles. YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKDAYS.

Duties:
– We will train you to provide head lice removal via a simple process of applying a non-toxic oil
-This work is on an as-needed basis, and available hours are unpredictable. You must be free during weekdays, but total hours per week are less than 10. Perfect for a SAHM.
-As a Gig worker/Independent contractor, you will set your own hours. You will be provided a 1099 at the end of the year and will need to file a schedule C with your taxes. **Taxes will NOT be withheld from your pay. It’s the contractor’s responsibility to pay all applicable taxes.
– Parents will look to you to educate them on head lice and are very grateful for your expertise. It’s a wonderful feeling to be their lice removal hero!
– Our proven lice removal method is 98% effective and very easy to learn.
Please note you will earn $45-$70 per family. Approximate time to treat one family is 1.5 hours. Many clients also tip.
Qualifications:
– Must live within 5 minutes of Mason, OH. This is non-negotiable due to the nature of the work.
-Must have a patient and compassionate demeanor
-Must be available during weekdays and weekends

Please note: 99% of lice is spread through head-to-head contact. As long as you don’t let your hair touch your client’s hair, you are at low risk of getting head lice from treating.
